Q. What services do you provide?
We provide Domestic & Estate Agency Cleaning Services. During the season we cover chalets and fishing lodges. Clicking on the relevant service opposite will provide further information. This information can also be found from the Home page by clicking on Services.
Q. Are you insured for breakages and damage?
Yes, we are fully insured through Norwich Union.
Q. What happens if something is damaged or broken by one of your Cleaners?
Whilst we endeavour to take the greatest of care while cleaning your home, accidents can and do happen. If the item can be repaired then we will arrange to undertake this. If the item is beyond repair then will replace it with a like for like where possible or one of similar value if not.
Q. Who pays the cleaner?
The cleaner is employed be Bee-eco Cleaning Services and wages paid accordingly.
Q. How soon can you start and can I pick a particular day and / or time?
We are happy to start when you require us and will try our best to accomodate time/day.
Q. What happens if the Cleaner does not turn up?
Should this happen, you should contact us immediately. We will investigate the cause and endeavour to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Q. Is there a minimum number of hours?
Yes. The minimum is three hours per week.
Q. Are there any restriction on the cleaning or the Cleaner?
Yes, we cannot undertake any specialised cleaning of any antique, fragile, delicate or expensive items. Additionally, cleaning the exterior of windows above the ground floor cannot be undertaken unless they open inwards.
Q. Do you provide the cleaning materials and equipment
We provide eco-friendly cleaning materials but are happy for you to supply your favourites if you prefer.
We would prefer our clients to provide some of the equipement i.e Hoover, Mops etc for Health & Hygiene reasons.
Q. Can the Cleaner come whilst I am out?
Yes, this can be organised.
Q. Will it always be the same person?
Yes, providing you are happy with them and they are available. If not, please feel free to call and we will either try to resolve the problem or arrange for an alternate Cleaner.
Q. Are there any Guarantees?
If you are not happy with the Service then neither are we. Our aim is to provide you with the best level of service we can.
